Research results from our Cooperative Research Program have been published in a peer-reviewed journal.
New genomic sequences of Central Gelada were published. Combining with previously published data (Molecular Ecology, 33, e17514, 2024), these results highlight the importance of highland topography in shaping gelada population structure and inform future research and conservation planning for Ethiopian primates.
These findings were featured in the International Journal of Primatology on March 30, 2026.
